UPCOMING SUMMER BIBLE STUDYScouting the Divine. Explore how ancient livlihoods illuminate meaningful Christian truths that apply to life today. How can you understand the promise of a land overflowing with honey when you buy yours in a bear-shaped bottle? Can you grasp the urgency of Jesus' invitation to abide in the vine when you shop for grapes at a grocery store? What does it mean to know that Jesus is the Good Shepherd when the only place you have encountered sheep is at a petting zoo? The aged scriptures come alive in our contemporary hearts and transform us towards Him.

Women's Ministry Purpose Statement:
The Purpose of Women's Ministry is to provide women with opportunities for celebration, connection and community under the leadership of Pastor Bonita Laudeman.
The following ministries equip and empower our women at CCC:
Meal Ministry - Cooking and delivering meals to church members in need due to illness, surgery, new baby, death in family, etc.
Baking - Providing home-made or store purchased desserts as needed for church funeral luncheons and events.
Benevolence - Serving grieving families by assisting with the set-up, service, and clean-up of church funeral luncheons.
Community Outreach - Bringing others closer to God by serving those in need in the Pontiac/Clarkston Area. Various outreach activities are planned through-out the year, such as Easter Baskets for Grace Centers of Hope, a Paper Product Drive, the Angel Tree, Clarkston Christmas Parade, and a Food Drive.
College Outreach - Encouraging college students living at or away from home through written communication.
Retreats/Conferences: Providing registration and lodging assistance to women attending various speaker events and retreats that come up throughout the year. For more information on some of the retreats available, go to…

Social Events, Decor, Food & Clean-up - Planning and executing various social activities throughout the year. Our hope is to provide a way for the people of our church to come together in a light-hearted atmosphere to fellowship in a meaningful way.
Fellowship - Supporting and encouraging women within the church through prayer, friendship, cards and gifts; includes Secret Sisters.
Fundraising - Assisting in tasks as needed to raise money for the support of events and ministries sponsored by Women's Ministry. Our largest fundraiser is our twice-a-year Mom to Mom Sale.
